Clinical Supervisor
About Lexi
Lexi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with over a decade of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, children, and families. Her approach to psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that healing our earliest emotional wounds can lead to genuine emotional freedom and transformation. With a deep commitment to anti-oppressive practices, Lexi works primarily with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals and creates an affirming space where clients can explore, grow, and move toward living more authentically.

Therapeutic Focus
Lexi’s clinical work is rooted in relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed care. She brings advanced training in affect regulation and relational psychotherapy to her work with clients. While her experience spans a wide range of mental health concerns, Lexi specializes in treating childhood trauma, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, codependency, and supporting neurodivergent individuals. Her style is warm, collaborative, and attuned to the nuanced ways that systemic, cultural, and personal experiences shape mental health.

Clinical Supervision
In addition to her work with clients, Lexi serves as a reflective clinical supervisor and trainer. She is deeply committed to helping therapists build clinical insight, sharpen their skills, and develop a thoughtful, grounded presence in the therapy room. Her supervisory style encourages curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Lexi supports supervisees in exploring both the challenges and possibilities in their clinical work—creating space for reflection, deeper understanding, and growth.

With experience supervising clinicians across various behavioral health settings, Lexi meets each therapist where they are in their professional development. She values supervision as an opportunity not only to strengthen clinical skills, but also to nurture professional identity, confidence, and resilience over the course of a therapist’s career.
